Stone House

Perranporth's sweep of golden sand draws surfers and swimmers in equal measure, and Stone House sits close enough that beach access is genuinely a few minutes' walk. The village itself has grown into a proper seaside resort with cafés and restaurants, including options right at the water's edge. Bedrooms sleep eight across four rooms: two have ensuite showers, while the other two—each with zip-and-link single beds—share a family bathroom with both bath and shower. Downstairs, the open-plan living space centres on a woodburner, with a full kitchen that handles proper cooking, and doors out to a decked garden area with barbecue and outdoor shower.

A roof terrace offers sea views and somewhere to sit with a drink once the sun starts to dip. The garage houses a washing machine and dryer, plus storage for surfboards. Parking for four cars is on site. Wi-Fi and heating are included, along with bed linen and towels. The property is non-smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
