Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. External utility with small table tennis table.

Oil fired central heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: The spiral staircase is open tread and a stair gate cannot be fitted, children to be supervised. Please note: This property is not suitable for children under the age of 8. Please note: this property's changeover day is a Saturday. Note: short breaks must be within a Saturday - Saturday period. Note: from 2027, changeover will be a Friday (any short breaks must be Friday - Friday from 2027).
