Sunrise

Everything you need for a seaside stay is ready at Sunrise. The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave, making self-catering straightforward. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there's a travel cot and highchair available if you need them. A wood-burning fire warms the living room on cooler days.

The house holds three bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors. Upstairs, the main bedroom is a double, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has bunks—the first two rooms both have sea views. Downstairs there's a separate toilet alongside the family bathroom with bath and shower. Ground-floor living space includes a comfortable lounge with television and a dining room with a welsh dresser.

Portscatho itself is the setting, with the beach close by. At the back, a courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue opens onto private parking for two cars. The front garden offers a paved seating area. No smoking is permitted. One dog can stay free of charge.
