You arrive into a generous ground floor where the living space has real character. A wood burner sits beneath a spiral staircase, sofas are arranged for comfort, and doors open straight out to the garden—useful if you want to eat outside or simply step into the air. The kitchen/dining room is equipped for cooking proper meals, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge to work with. Two double bedrooms are on this level, each with shower rooms attached, so you avoid queues in the morning.
Upstairs, the spiral stairs bring you to a galleried landing with a sofa tucked into a quiet corner, then into a third bedroom with twin single beds. The whole property belongs to you alone. Parking for two cars is on site, and the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are all covered. No smoking is the rule here.
The barn sits in countryside near Bodmin Moor with a front garden and mature trees around it. This is a place to settle in for a week rather than pass through, with good walking from your door and enough space that a group of six won't feel crowded.
