Sweetbriar is a three-bedroom semi-detached cottage on the edge of Newquay, sleeping up to six. One pet stays without extra charge, making it straightforward for those travelling with a dog. The property sits in a quiet street and comes with an enclosed garden, patio and sitting area, along with a barbecue for outdoor meals.
Inside, the ground floor has a living and dining room with a TV and DVD player, plus a kitchen equipped for self-catering—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one double, one king-size and one with twin single beds. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. A cot and highchair are available if needed.
The location works well for families and couples. Fistral Beach, known for surfing, is nearby. The Gannel—an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty—offers dog walks and kayaking. Newquay Zoo and Watergate Bay are within walking distance. The Tavern Inn is close by for an evening out. No smoking inside.

Amazing stay!! Stayed here with family over the last week (15th-21st June) and did not want to come home! The house is so beautiful and well looked after. Very homely and friendly neigbourhood location. The beach was within driving distance and there is a local pub in walking distance for a evening meal etc. The owner of this property was lovely and provided everything that we needed. We arrived to a basket of treats such as scones and biscuits which was a lovely gesture. Sweetbriar provided everything we needed and more. Highly recommended and will be booking for next year with the family once again in this property. Fantastic location, friendly environment and defiently a 5/5 star service.
