Tolcarne Retreat

Tolcarne Retreat sits on a quiet road within minutes of the Cornish coast. The semi-detached house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms—a kingsize with ensuite, a double, a twin, and a bunk room—with three bathrooms spread across two floors. Downstairs there is a living room with a 40-inch Smart TV, separate dining room, and a kitchen fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. A shower room on the ground floor is useful for rinsing off after the beach, and a utility room houses the washing machine and freezer.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a decked terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. The garage contains a pool table, table football and darts. Parking is available for four cars on site, and there is an electric vehicle charging point. Essentials including bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are covered. One small dog stays free.

Tolcarne Beach is a four-minute walk away, with lifeguarded swimming and surf hire. Newquay town lies in one direction along the shore; in the other, the coastal path leads to Lusty Glaze and Porth Beach. A bike store is available for exploring further. Smoking is not permitted.
