The Boat Watch occupies the first floor of a building overlooking Mousehole harbour, in the fishing village that Dylan Thomas once called the loveliest in England. This is a whole property for four people: two double bedrooms, one bathroom, and a combined living and dining space with a woodburner. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and there's a Smart TV in both bedrooms and the living area. Essentials like linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with initial logs for the woodburner during winter months.
What sets The Boat Watch apart is the restaurant directly below. Guests can order meals to eat in the apartment, from full three-course dinners to drinks and desserts, without leaving the building. For those who prefer to cook, the kitchen has everything needed, or the village's pubs and other restaurants are within walking distance. The location is practically at Mousehole's heart: the public car park is 50 yards away, and the harbour's sandy beach appears at low tide. Walking the coastal paths that link this part of Cornwall is the obvious draw, whether for storm-watching in winter or beach time in summer. No smoking inside the property.
