The Forge
Cornwall

The Roseland Peninsula curves into the waters off central Cornwall, with St Mawes occupying its southern tip. The Forge sits in this rural setting, a substantial house built to accommodate up to eight guests across four ground-floor bedrooms. One has a super-king bed and en-suite shower; two further king bedrooms each have en-suite facilities; a fourth bedroom contains bunk beds, alongside a shared family bathroom and a separate WC near the kitchen. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included in your stay.
The heart of the house is an open-plan living and dining space with large windows, a wood-burning stove, and Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. An annex houses a games room with table tennis, darts and gym equipment, plus a children's play area stocked with books, games and a PlayStation. Outside, there is substantial garden space, a balcony, patio seating, a fire pit and a BBQ with dining table. The property is non-smoking and does not accommodate stag or hen parties.
St Mawes itself, a short distance away, sits at the confluence of the Percuil River and Falmouth Water, with harbour walks, the ruins of a Tudor castle, and ferry links to Falmouth and upriver villages. The coast lies within a mile, with headland paths and beaches to explore.
