The Salt House

This three-storey terraced house in central Newquay holds up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. The ground floor has a living room and kitchen-diner where you can prepare meals; upstairs, three bedrooms sit on the first floor alongside a family shower room and an ensuite, while two further bedrooms occupy the second floor. One pet can stay at no extra charge. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included, and there is parking for one car on site. No smoking indoors.

An enclosed courtyard at the rear has a barbecue and seating, useful for groups wanting outdoor space. The location puts you within a few minutes' walk of local pubs, restaurants and cafés, and the Fistral Beach coastal path is minutes away on foot. From there you can walk east towards Pentire headland overlooking Crantock, or west along the shoreline itself. The beach sits about three-quarters of a mile distant.
