Beech Cottage suits families and groups seeking a base for exploring the far west of Cornwall. It sleeps up to six across three bedrooms—a double and a single that works well for a toddler on the top floor, a bunk room, and a further double on the ground level. One bathroom serves the property. Everything you need for self-catering is here: a kitchen with gas cooking, fridge, microwave and the basics; heating and electricity included; bed linen and towels provided.

The cottage sits in Poljigga, a quiet rural hamlet about two miles from Land's End, among open countryside rather than sea views. On-site parking and a rear courtyard with garden furniture come as standard. Dogs stay free. The location is the real draw—within easy reach of the dramatic clifftop Minack Theatre above Porthcurno, and a short walk from the coastal path leading down to Nanjizal Cove. Nearby beaches include Sennen Cove and Whitesands Bay, both family-friendly, plus Porthchapel and Porthgwarra within a mile or so. Walkers and bird-watchers find the area particularly rewarding, and spring wildflowers make an annual draw. No smoking inside the property.
