Trebah consists of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, a first-floor snug with childrenâs toys and games. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a twin along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn and decking with furniture and non-enclosed communal lawn and childrenâs play area and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.5, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: This property includes an indoor barbecue, spacious gym, childrenâs playroom (pool and table tennis, small childrenâs area) and outdoor childrenâs play area, laundry room. Note: There are steps and a ramp up to the lodge, please take care. Note: No fireworks are allowed on site due to the fact this is working farm.
