Culvada is a ground-floor cottage on a working farm in Pentire Workshops, positioned high above the North Cornish coast. The main living space contains a freeview TV and DVD player; the kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king-size bed and the other two singles, served by a bathroom with bath and shower. The property looks out towards Trebarwith Strand, a beach popular with surfers, and sits within reach of the North Cornish Coast Path. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with heating and hot water.
The cottage occupies its own space within the farm's converted buildings, with an enclosed garden and parking on site. It suits couples or small families wanting a quiet base for exploring the nearby coast; within a few miles lie several beaches, and the coastal scenery around Boscastle and Tintagel is within easy reach. The property does not permit smoking. Note that the water supply comes from a natural spring or borehole rather than mains.
