Families and small groups will find Tredinney Farm - The Cottage @ Tredinney Farm works well for a Cornish escape. The property sleeps five across three bedrooms: two upstairs (a double and a single) served by a family bathroom, and a ground-floor double with its own en-suite. A pull-out bed can be added for a child if needed. Downstairs, a separate living room and kitchen/diner give space to spread out, while the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer for longer stays.
The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered. An enclosed back garden with seating looks over the grounds, and there is parking for two cars on site. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. The cottage is no-smoking throughout.
St Buryan is a working agricultural village about six and a half miles from Penzance and less than five miles from Land's End. The area is ringed by coastal paths that lead to several beaches—Sennen Cove's broad sands, the more sheltered Penberth Cove, and Porthcurno are all within reach. A village shop and pub serving local food are in the village itself.

Stayed for two nights. Fantastic location, beautiful farm house. Everything was so clean and smelt amazing. Rooms very good size and well equipped. We had a twin bedded room with ensuite shower. The host was so helpful, booking a local pub for us, helping with parking for our motorcycles. Breakfast was amazing with loads of choices and freshly cooked. Can't recommend this place enough. Perfect location to explore the local attractions.

We stayed in the self catering unit 'The Roost' at Tredinney Farm. It is a working farm and we were just off the secondary farm yard. Our children loved having all the various animals around. The accommodation was nice and cosy. We had a good walk from there to Carn Euny Ancient Village. The track is a bit rough, but any normal car should be fine if you take it slow. Our Skoda was loaded down but we were fine. The owners were friendly.

Together with my wife I stayed at Tredinney Farm for 4 nights and we had a very relaxing stay indeed. The room itself was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. Being 'continental' people we enjoyed the Cornish breakfast every day. Our host Rosemary cooked it with great attention and served it with a smile. Anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the countryside should look no further. Thank you very much Rosemary.

The Roost at Tredinney Farm was comfortable, well furnished and well situated to visit the local attractions and beautiful beaches of Lands End Peninsula. We enjoyed staying on a working farm, in the rural location. We had quite perfect weather and enjoyed our stay, however this was marred by a problem with the access to the farm. We understand that it is primarily a working farm and obviously not purposely geared towards holiday lets. We have stayed on many farms over the years and wouldn't expect it to be perfect but the 'road' leading to the farm is just an extremely rough track and difficult to negotiate with our car. This was not mentioned on the farm website or Farmstay website so we were unprepared - had we known we wouldn't have booked (our car is new!). It's fine if you drive farm machinery or a 4 x 4 but sadly we don't! For this reason we won't be staying here again.
