Tregoona is a single-storey detached house sleeping eight across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. You enter into a layout built for relaxed family holidays: a living room with an open fire and patio doors opening onto the garden, a separate dining room, and a kitchen with a breakfast area that flows naturally through the space. Two double bedrooms and two twin rooms mean flexible sleeping arrangements. An oil-fired heating system, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all provided, and logs for the fire are available locally.
The garden is the real draw here—a large lawned area with patio and terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue for eating outside. There is parking for six cars on site. The cottage sits in a coastal village roughly a mile from the beach; Newquay's surf schools and beaches lie three miles further on. Locally you'll find a post office, tea room, gift shop and two pubs. The River Gannel estuary nearby is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with good birdwatching. Padstow and Truro are within reach for restaurants and shopping, and the Camel Trail for cycling connects Padstow to Bodmin. The property is for couples and families only; smoking is not permitted.
