This cottage occupies a quiet spot overlooking Siblyback Dam, with open countryside stretching beyond and a footpath that leads down to the fishing lake. Looe's sandy beach is eight miles away. The property sits on two acres of grounds shared with the owner's home, with woodland to explore and private parking for three cars. A garden with seating faces south from the rear of the cottage.

Downstairs holds a living room with Freeview TV and DVD player, plus a kitchen/dining room equipped for cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washer-dryer all there.
