Trelispen Lodge

Trelispen Lodge comes fully equipped for a self-contained stay. The open-plan living space has a 55-inch smart TV and wood burner; the kitchen has electric oven and hob, microwave, and all standard appliances; the utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are all included, along with initial logs for the burner and a welcome pack. The first bedroom has a 6ft super kingsize bed with ensuite shower, while the second offers two 3ft single beds (zip-and-link) and its own ensuite. Both have heated towel rails and Freeview TV.

The lodge sits on a third of an acre within a private woodland garden. A large decked area looks out over the grounds, furnished and lit for evening use. The focal point is a private hot tub accessed directly from the garden. Parking for two cars is gated and private. The whole property is yours alone, with no shared facilities. Ground floor access via three steps leads to all main rooms.

Penzance is under a mile away for shops, pubs and restaurants. The coast lies 1½ miles off—Praa Sands, Porthleven and The Minack Theatre are all within reach. No smoking throughout the property.
