Trequean Properties - Trequean Barn

The terrace and firepit are the outdoor heart of Trequean Barn. This converted barn sits on high ground with views down the coast, and opens directly onto a generous patio garden where you can sit with a drink or cook on the barbecue. Inside, everything is on one floor: a living and dining space with vaulted ceiling and wood burner, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and separate washer-dryer, a bedroom with super king bed, and a shower room. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, and the underfloor heating and initial logs for the stove (November to March) come as standard.

Porthleven itself is a working fishing village with restaurants and shops, and the beach stretches for three miles at low tide. The Penrose Estate and Loe Bar are within reach, as are Kynance Cove and the Helford River to the east, and Penzance, Mousehole and Marazion to the west. The barn sleeps two and has private parking for two cars. No smoking inside.
