Trevena is a contemporary detached house in a small development just off Tintagel's main street. The location puts you within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and pubs, and close to the beaches and clifftops that define this stretch of north Cornwall's coast. Tintagel Castle, an English Heritage site, sits dramatically on the headland nearby.

The property sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a kingsize, a double and a twin, served by one bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs, the kitchen/dining room has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, opening into a separate living room with smart TV and patio doors to the garden. There's also a separate toilet off the hallway. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; the house uses electric central heating.

The enclosed back garden has a south-facing aspect, with patio and decking areas, garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. There's bike storage and parking for one car on site, plus an electric vehicle charging point. Smoking is not permitted.
