Coot Lake House

Coot Lake House is thoroughly equipped for self-catering: the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, so cooking for six is straightforward. Downstairs is open plan, flowing from the living area with TV and Freesat through to the dining space and kitchen, then onto a private decked area with garden furniture and a barbecue. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included; there's also a welcome pack on arrival.

The three bedrooms sleep six: a king upstairs with lake views, a zip-and-link king (divisible into two singles), and a single with a pull-out single bed. A family bathroom with bath and shower, plus a ground-floor shower room, serve the property. The setting is Cotswold Water Park, one of Gloucestershire's quieter corners—150 lakes across an area the size of Jersey, with walking, wildlife, restaurants and family activities within range. Ground-floor space includes a children's play area (shared with neighbouring properties), and private parking for three cars. The house does not permit smoking.
