Eco Chic Cottages - Culls Cottage
Cotswold
View on Google MapsCulls Cottage is a seventeenth-century stone property in the Cotswold village of Burford, privately yours for the duration of your stay. Inside, the layout mixes period character with modern comfort: downstairs there's a sitting room with wood burner, a kitchen and dining space opening onto a terrace, and a bedroom with en-suite shower. Two further bedrooms are upstairs, alongside a bathroom with both freestanding bath and walk-in shower. The cottage sleeps six and welcomes one small dog.
The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals, with electric and induction hobs, dishwasher, two fridges and a freezer. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are all included, along with initial fuel for the wood burner. Wi-Fi means you can stay connected, or ignore it entirely and use the smart TVs in the living room and two of the bedrooms instead. There's private parking for four cars on site, plus an electric car charging point if you need it. Families with young children will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate already here.
Outside, the garden provides proper space to sit, eat and relax, with a barbecue for summer evenings and furniture dotted about. Burford itself is a working market town on the edge of the Cotswolds, with the Rose & Crown at nearby Shilton within reach. The property is non-smoking.

What a fabulous cottage! Located deep in the Cotswolds, The Chestnuts is a gorgeous property in the pretty village of Shilton. Perfectly located directly beside the village stream, as well as the lovely Rose and Pub Crown across the road. There are so many lovely rooms to sit and relax in with a cup of tea. Warm and cosy fireplace and a gorgeous sunroom at the back, looking out at the very private garden and meadow beside the house. The kitchen is very modern and has all the amenities you could possibly want. Just amazing, can't wait to come back!
