Tetbury sits at the heart of the Cotswolds, a market town known for its antique dealers and craft shops housed in handsome period buildings. Folly Cottage is a traditional stone end terrace in the area, a private base for two bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping up to three guests. The Bell Inn lies within easy reach on foot.
Downstairs holds a living room with a woodburner and a kitchen-dining space equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and fridge-freezer. Upstairs, one double bedroom and one single bedroom connect to a shower room. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; initial fuel for the fire is provided. There is private parking on site and bike storage if you plan to explore by two wheels.
The cottage suits those wanting quiet countryside within reach of larger attractions. Westonbirt Arboretum is nearby for a day among the trees. Cirencester's Roman remains, Malmesbury's Norman Abbey and Bath's Georgian architecture all fall within an hour's drive. Walking trails wind through the surrounding farmland and villages. No smoking indoors.

Lovely place to stay. Just spent a week at the cottage. Lovely gardens and well appointed kitchen. Log burner in the sitting room and stone BBQ in one of the 2 gardens. Very quite. One of the neighbours was regularly practicing her violin which was a nice soundscape to the tranquil gardens.

Lovely cottage set in a beautiful Cotswold village. Cottage is cosy, well equipped and comfortable. Garden would be lovely in summer (we visited in autumn). Local pub does a fantastic Goan menu. Perfect location for exploring. Very quiet. Would stay again.

Best cottage ever. So homey and pet friendly. Great fenced in garden for the dog and everything thought of in the cottage. Beautiful place to stay and the locals so friendly. Lots to do within a ten mile radius.
