The Potting Shed is a converted cottage in Malmesbury with accommodation spread across a single storey. Three bedrooms—a double, a king and twin singles—each have their own en-suite shower room or bath. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and the open-plan living and dining space is furnished for six guests to gather comfortably. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooking, a dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so you can prepare meals rather than rely on takeaways.
Everything needed for a stay is included: bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi. There is parking for two cars on site and a front garden with seating. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The property is non-smoking and not suitable for hen or stag parties.
Malmesbury sits in the north Cotswolds, surrounded by countryside with walking routes through local villages. The area is within reach of market towns and the Cotswolds' established attractions. From the property, Crudwell and neighbouring settlements are accessible for exploring on foot or by car.

What guests say
An excellent place, very well designed and maintained. It's clear that the owners are highly professional, courteous, and truly know their business. The service is outstanding—fast, efficient, and attentive. The cheeses are excellent, and the burger is simply magnificent. Our waitress, a tall young woman with a great attitude, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The décor is very cool, with plenty of tasteful design details that create a great atmosphere. The only thing that's impossible to fix is the low ceiling beams. At 6'4", it was quite a challenge to walk to the table without ducking to avoid a serious bump on the head! 🤭 We came back the next day, had the same waitress, ordered different dishes, and once again everything was excellent. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular customer!

Absolutely stunning dinner. I had the pork belly and my partner the fish and chips. Mote I also had a side of vegetables and cauliflower cheese. We were able to sit out in the garden as the weather was perfect too. Would highly recommend a visit as you will not be disappointed

The £24 Caesar salad special was very disappointing. It was a tiny portion with extremely basic ingredients - like something from a supermarket meal deal, not a £24 pub special. A lovely pub but the food doesn’t match the prices.

Stopped here a journey back home and we saw it on the way in, and thought it looked exactly the kind of gastro type pub we like, we weren't wrong or disappointed! The food from ordering on a very hot day was very very quick! Looked amazing and served by very friendly and accommodating staff. The food was delicious, fresh, and just all round top notch, will 100% visit again when visiting the same friends.
