This place has not long reopened and the staff are working flat out to build a reputation. The staff are amazing, Joy on reception was lovely, our waitress Catrina was very helpful, and they now have a well renowned chef pulling all the strings in the kitchen. Thanks Jay ! The food was incredible. We booked a breakfast and dinner deal with our room. Highly recommend this for a romantic break. Keep up the work guys you are doing a great Job.

Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel has been consistently disappointing. We have stayed twice, and both visits were much the same. We only decided to give the hotel a second chance because of one member of staff, David, who was excellent during our first stay. David listened to our concerns, dealt with problems quickly, treated us with respect, and genuinely cared about providing good customer service. He was the reason we returned, but sadly the rest of our experience did not reflect the same standard. The biggest issue throughout both stays was the staff. They were inconsistent, appeared poorly trained, and often didn't know the basics. We were given the wrong room on arrival, and despite repeatedly raising issues, we were promised they would be resolved, but nothing happened. Our food orders were incorrect on multiple occasions, and when we reported problems, some staff even laughed rather than taking our concerns seriously. There were plenty of promises but very little action. The room itself had several defects that we were assured would be fixed, but they never were. The blackout blinds didn't fit the window properly, so daylight flooded the room from around 6 a.m., making it impossible to enjoy a weekend lie-in. There was also a large gap under the room door, allowing the bright hallway lights to shine into the room throughout the night. The facilities were equally disappointing. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm because the air conditioning was inadequate, making both dinner and breakfast uncomfortable. The gardens and car park were overgrown, untidy, and poorly maintained. The pool area was dirty, the changing rooms smelled unpleasant, especially around the showers, and the carpets throughout the pool facilities looked dirty and worn. The "Smart TV" in our executive room wasn't really smart at all. It only provided standard television channels with no streaming apps or other smart features. There was also no fridge in the executive room, which was unexpected for that room category. Overall, after giving this hotel a second chance, we left just as disappointed as we did the first time. Apart from David, whose professionalism and customer service were outstanding, the hotel failed to deliver on its promises. The lack of training, poor maintenance, and failure to address basic customer concerns made this a frustrating experience. We would not recommend this hotel and would not return.

We have just returned from a five night bed and breakfast break at Brandon Hall. We had a lovely time, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is big and an added bonus. Some of the rooms have been refurbished and they are in the process of refurbishing the rest. The breakfast was very good and provided full English and Continental options. The hotel is very close to Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Coventry, Rugby and Leamington Spa and the villages in the area are very pretty and some are situated on the rivers and canals and have lovely riverside walks. We will definitely return.

We held a lovely afternoon tea for a funeral wake for 50 people at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. It was excellent. The planning and booking was straightforward, the room was lovely and the tea was excellent. From the food to the service, we were very happy with our experience. Based on this event alone we would recommend the venue without reservation.
