Lower Monkton Glamping

Thank you to our hosts for a really enjoyable one night stay in the shepherd's hut. Everything we needed was there to have a special day/Evening/morning celebrating our daughters birthday. Special mention to the fire wood and the rainfall shower. A real luxury in what can only be described as the most idyllic setting. Hopefully we will return.

The perfect wedding night. Secluded, dream like, quiet. A world to yourself. The beds were so comfy. Would love to visit again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bubble to escape into. .

We have been completely blown away by our weekend away in Lower Monktons gorgeous shepherd hut. On arrival we loved the quiet location and had a wonderful welcome from the hosts. The shepherds hut had everything we needed and more. We felt so cosy as a storm rumbled round us overnight and loved listening to the rain. The following day we were welcomed by sunshine and took trips to the beach that was close by. With lovely walks and a trip to Cowbridge such a wonderful way to spend a weekend. We will definately be back for another stay, we truly loved every minute. .

Wonderful but brief stay! Everything we needed and more. Such a warm & genuine welcome made us feel immediately at home. Great location and easy access to Cardiff. The shepherds hut is immaculate, kitted out to a really high standard and VERY comfy beds! Combine the hut with the hosts and what was a bit of a one off trip has made us want to find excuses to come back! Thank you!
