About Devonshire Arms Inn
Rooms at the Devonshire Arms Inn come with en-suite bathrooms and the option of family accommodation, along with drinks available in the room and free WiFi throughout. It's a straightforward, comfortable base rather than anything flashy, with 24 hour reception on hand and luggage storage for those breaking up a longer walking trip through the Dales.
The inn has its own restaurant and bar on site, serving breakfast and offering packed lunches for guests heading out for the day, plus a garden and outdoor seating for warmer weather. Meeting rooms are also available for those combining a stay with work. Parking is provided at the property, useful given its setting on Grassington Road in Cracoe.
Cracoe sits well for exploring North Yorkshire, with walking and cycling routes on the doorstep and fishing and watersports available nearby. Malham Cove and Ingleton Waterfalls are both within reach for a day out, and there are further pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area for evenings away from the inn itself.
People say this pub offers excellent food, including high-quality Sunday lunch and varied breakfast options, with a great selection of local ales. They also highlight the warm, friendly, and peaceful atmosphere, often featuring roaring fires. Guests mention the accommodating staff and good value for money, with some noting convenient motorhome hookups.
