What a lovely place. Facility's were spot on and spotless. Staff were super nice and were more than happy to answer questions and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a separate fenced in field for dogs. Can't fault the place at all.

John was great! Upon arrival really friendly and helpful, walked us around our pitch options and talked us through the best way to set up our caravan, no rush, after a 2 hour drive a welcome introduction. Site well maintained, facilities spotless, ideal site to explore the amazing local coastline, beaches and Castles.A fab stay.

Decent place with really friendly, helpful staff but has some downsides, pardon the pun. The entire site is on a slope so make sure you bring chocks. We didn't as we didn't see the instruction but luckily there were some spares we could borrow. Great thinking by the site admins. Facilities are really good, clean and the site seems well run but its let down by its proximity to the main road so there's a fair bit of traffic noise, especially if your down the far end. Also EE phone signal is non-existent and we couldn't get the site wifi where we were so that was a bit of a nuisance.

It was advised that chocks would be needed for this sloping site but, as we were a tent, we felt, after pitching, that we could have had a better experience if we'd known about the level pitches in the secret, hardly crammed field. As it was, our tent was on a slope which meant we slid down our beds. The pitch backed onto a very busy junction on a road which was very noisy and the wind whipped around us 24/7. As we were at the top of the field, cars and motorhomes drove very close to our tent to get to their pitches at a speed which concerned us (because of the slope and close proximity to the caravan in front) The shower and toilet blocks (two different rooms) were clean and tidy, the 'power shower' was the highlight of our site. The Staff were friendly.
