Criccieth's sheltered sandy beach is a mile and a half away, and Snowdonia National Park lies just a few miles inland. The Llŷn Peninsula itself has walking routes, sailing on the Dwyfor and Dwyfach rivers that border the property, golf courses, and horse riding within reach. Shops and pubs are nearby in the village.
Aberkin Farm is a working cattle and sheep farm where Dwyfach operates as a standalone cottage. The single-storey converted farm building dates to 1790 and sits on the ground floor, making it fully accessible. Two bedrooms sleep four: one double with an ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), and two single beds in the second room with access to a wet room. The open-plan living space has a woodburner, and the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washer-dryer. Wifi, heating, electricity and bed linen are included. There is parking on site and a garden with furniture.
No smoking is permitted in the property.
