About Mill House Bed and Breakfast

Cromer's mix of pier, seafront and coastal walks is the backdrop to Mill House Bed and Breakfast, set back on Mundesley Road within easy reach of the town centre. It's an adults-only property, making it a quieter option for couples or those travelling without children, and free on-site parking takes the hassle out of arriving by car.

Rooms are traditional in style with en-suite bathrooms, free WiFi and drinks provided, and breakfast is included to set guests up for the day. A garden gives space to sit outside, while luggage storage, laundry service and 24 hour reception cover the practical side of a stay. Golf, fishing and walking areas are all nearby for those wanting to fill their time outdoors.

Pubs, restaurants and other eateries are within easy reach, along with entertainment options in the surrounding area, so there's no shortage of places to eat after a day exploring the coast. With Cromer's pier and beaches close by, Mill House works well as a simple, well-placed base for seeing this part of the Norfolk coastline.

Fabulous house in the middle of Overstrand near Cromer. Beautifully quaint rooms and Jack's cooked breakfast absolutely first class. Garden leads to the cliff tops and just a walk away from the local pubs/restaurants. Highly recommend.

Lovely house and owner. Very special place - Clement Scott, the originator of the 'Poppylands' description of Overstrand and Cromer used to stay here, along with several other well known Victorian writers. Whole place is very carefully furnished with period pieces but has modern facilities. Excellent hospitality tray with fresh milk provided, very much appreciated. Can't fault it. Will hopefully stay again if we're in the area.

Great place to stay. Denise was a great host and very helpful and friendly. The room was great we stayed in the front overlooking car park. Very quiet and extremely well positioned. The road was very quiet which also helped. Great tea and coffee selection. Sadly for us the bed was too small, as a standard double. Im a large man and didn't sleep well. Kept on bumping into my partner. The bed was very comfortable though. The shower was fantastic. Great pressure, but again being very tall kept banging my head. This shouldn't be a problem unless over 6'1". The breakfast was fantastic. The sausages from Denise's brothers butchers shop was superb and everything was perfect. We enjoyed our two night stay. When next in the Cromer area we'll stay again.
