Blaithwaite Cottage is a detached two-bedroom property finished to a high standard, positioned on the edge of an 80-acre estate in Cumberland. The building opens directly onto its own large garden—south-facing, lawned, and furnished with a patio, BBQ and seating—with woodland and fields beyond. A stream runs adjacent to the property, and the shared grounds contain three ponds alongside a mini golf course and woodland walks. One dog stays free of charge; the property is not suitable for smoking.

The ground floor holds a living and dining room with a 42-inch TV and patio doors onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, dishwasher and microwave, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a shower room. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one double, one with two single beds that zip together—plus a second shower room. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; the essentials for cooking and laundry are provided.
