Blaithwaite Estate - Blaithwaite Stables

Blaithwaite Stables suits large groups or multiple families needing substantial space without splitting across different properties. The converted stable building holds eight bedrooms across two floors, with en-suite bathrooms in all but one room. Ground floor has four king-bedded rooms, each with its own shower room. Upstairs are four further bedrooms: one king with bunks, two doubles with bunks, and one double, served by a shared shower room and additional en-suite. Two ground floor bedrooms are wheelchair accessible.

The kitchen has everything needed for cooking at scale—electric range, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave—while the ground floor living and dining spaces provide room to spread out. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with parking for twenty cars. A cot and two highchairs are available. The hot tub is private to the property.

The setting spans 80 acres of shared estate grounds: 30 acres of gardens and grounds include an orchard, mini-golf course and garden chess set immediately around the stables, while 50 acres of woodland with walks and specialist trees lie further afield. Two play areas, football pitches and laser tag (pre-booked) sit elsewhere on the estate. The grounds contain three ponds. No smoking inside; one well-behaved pet stays free. Arrive after 16:00, depart by 10:30.
