The Solway coast lies within reach, and from here you can see across the water towards Scotland. This converted barn stands on a quiet private lane in Cumberland, built from local stone and set back enough to feel remote while remaining accessible. Eight guests fit comfortably across three bedrooms—a super kingsize with ensuite on the first floor, a kingsize, and a bunk room that works well for children. There is a second bathroom with a bath and shower, plus an ensuite toilet in the bunk room.

The ground floor centres on a large living space with original stone walls and a feature fireplace, a separate kitchen and dining area, and a downstairs toilet. Both reception rooms have substantial television screens. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and all standard appliances. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The front garden has a sitting-out area facing the view, a fire pit and barbecue for outdoor cooking, and parking for three cars. Pets stay free. The property does not welcome smoking or hen and stag parties.
