Swallow Cottage is a charming, stone-built, semi-detached cottage, set on the ownerâs working farm in the rural hamlet of Milton, just two miles from Brampton, and can sleep four people. This ground floor cottage has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Swallow Cottage is a wonderful base for your holiday.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Shared use (with four other cottages on site) of summerhouse and hot tub all year round at £40 per week or £20 per short break, payable direct to owner on arrival (use is by direct arrangement with owner).
