Celebrated my son’s birthday along with his friends. Took the bowling, food, drinks and ice cream package Very friendly customer service Our co Ordinator was Charlie who was very helpful, courteous and efficient The food was good and plenty of options in the menu. Nice atmosphere for a chilled family day Easy parking nearby Suggestion - Ice cream served were too hard / frozen -

Had such a great time here! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming and I watched them go straight to each bowling lane after people left to clean the area. There are a wide choice of bowling ball sizes to use so that everyone is comfortable when bowling. We ordered a hot dog, fries and onion rings and they were reasonably good. The only thing ill say is I didnt really like the fries but if youre not a fussy eater or you have young children theyre perfectly fine! The prices were great too. We actually ended up purchasing 5 games altogether and had a free game thrown in too. Most importantly it was such a lovely temperature inside the complex as it was 32 degrees outdoors so was also an incredibly great escape from the heat! Had such a lovely time though and will 100 percent return. Thank you hollywood bowl!

Had a great time with my family here. Played bowling followed by pool & arcade. The arcade here is one of the best with plenty to do here. Alot of the machines are contactless which was great considering I forgot my bank card. Wireless charging also available on the bandit machines. Customer service was also fantastic. 👌

Came with 4 people, we was patient while waiting while they said 3 hour wait, which was fine, they then charged us for 5 people and when we had 4. We then said nicely about them over charging us and staff shrugged us off. We were at this point, pleading for a refund on the accidental amount they had put, staff was rude and refused all requests for any sort of refund and eventually tried to shrug us off with a 3 month voucher for next time. Won’t come back again, staff was overall unhelpful and rude, one of staff members was smirking and didn’t try to help at all
