Good cinema in the centre of Cwmbran. Easy access for those with mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of snacks to choose from, but it's not cheap. Very comfortable cinema in screen 3 with reclining chairs and good sound quality. A good overall experience, thank you!

Absolutely bonkers staffing situ tonight. 3 staff on, 1 serving and a constant line of 20 people. Cashless which is not a thing to be proud of as their huge signs display as if they should receive a medal! The film started before we were served so we left the line without any snacks so as not to miss the beginning. Thought I'd wait half hour and pop out to get served - the line was still 20 people strong! I employee serving and the other filling the fridge with milk whilst the frustrated line of people were waiting for the poor girl to serve everyone by herself. I went back to the film thought I'd give it another 20 mins and pop back out.... For real, no joke, it was exactly the same! So I waited in the line, missed 20 mins of the film to get served! Mental! This was a 7pm showing, staff showed zero initiative to serve. There is so much choice of snacks it's really such a great cinema and the most comfortable recliner seats makes it very popular. But come on management that was nuts!

We have visited here a few times lately. I love the nice big recliner seats. I could fall asleep nicely if I wasn't enjoying the film! There are not many staff around, but everything seems to run very well. Theatres are cleaned every time it empties. Food wise, there are places to buy popcorn and other cinema favorites including sweets drinks and a small menu of hot food. There are spaces in the cinemas for disabled customers and all access is level. I can't wait for our next visit!

Wow, I paid £9.00 for a super recliner. The seats were super comfy and super lush. No more touching elbows with strangers and no more having to move your feet out of the way when people want to get in and out of the aisle. The recliner is controlled by two little silver buttons on the inside of the seat to your right.. You get a little table with a cup holder for your snacks that swings forward to let you in or out and back when you are reclined.. The staff are friendly too and the toilets were clean.
