The Stable Cottage

Rolling hills, woodlands and footpaths surround Puttenham, making it ideal for walking and cycling. Puttenham Common is nearby, and a pub sits within a mile's walk. The Stable Cottage itself is a substantial house accommodating 16 guests across eight bedrooms and four bathrooms, available as an entire private rental.

The ground floor contains a kitchen with granite surfaces and an AGA, a family room, utility room, two bedrooms and a cloakroom. Upstairs are six further bedrooms; three of these have super-king beds that can be split into singles on request, one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and another has an en-suite shower room. Two additional bathrooms serve the remaining rooms. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included in your stay.

Outside, a York stone terrace extends from the house, overlooking immaculate lawns that lead to a natural pond. A hot tub is available for use during your visit—let the owners know before booking if you plan to use it. The property is non-smoking throughout.
