The caravan itself—Gaz—sits on the ground floor throughout, with two twin bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living area, and a shower room. The kitchen has low worktops and full cooking facilities; the lounge is open-plan and doubles as a dining space.

Wheelchair access is built in: there's a ramp to the entrance, grab rails in the bathroom, and a shower seat. Parking for two cars comes with the booking. One dog travels free. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The property doesn't permit smoking. It sleeps six across the two bedrooms and sofa bed, making it suitable for families or groups.
