About Travelodge Rhyl Seafront

Rhyl's beach is right outside the door at Travelodge Rhyl Seafront, and the Pavilion Theatre, shops and seafront entertainment are all within easy walking distance. Snowdonia National Park is a drive away for anyone wanting hills after the sand, while golf, fishing and watersports can all be arranged nearby, and pubs and restaurants are close at hand for evenings out.

The hotel itself has 73 rooms across four floors, many with sea views, all with en-suite bathrooms and drinks available in the room. Accessible rooms are available, and a lift serves all floors. Some guests have found rooms run warm, so it's worth bearing in mind in summer months. A restaurant and bar operate on site, and the breakfast buffet is well stocked and a consistent highlight for guests staying over.

Free on-site parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis once registered with reception, with extra chargeable parking close by if needed. There's also an electric vehicle charge point, 24-hour reception, and pets are welcome. It's a straightforward, well-placed base for exploring the North Wales coast.

I've never stayed in this particular Travelodge as of yet but I do occasionally pop in for breakfast early in the morning and I will say that the restaurant is very clean and accommodating. The Breakfast options are plentiful (plus all you can eat) and very tasty. The full English option on offer is well cooked but not overly done also not to greasy either. The chef (Collette) does a great Job to be honest not forgetting very friendly and professional. I will be calling back again as well. 5 stars out of 5 from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Booked a family room, for 1 night, no issues, clean and comfortable. Parking easy, location awesome. Check in fast and friendly. Breakfast was a bargain for 2 adults & 2 children, plenty of options and best of all nice bacon 🥰. Zero complaints for £100

We hadn't used a Travelodge in many, many years as the ones we used appeared very basic with unwelcoming staff. But after a poor experience at a different hotel in Rhyl last year we decided to give Travelodge a go this year. We were not disappointed. The location, right next to the beach. The availability of a car park right outside the door. The staff very welcoming and attentive. The room, with a sea view, was very clean with lots of tea and coffee available. There was beautiful smelling hand wash, hair and body wash in the bathroom. We decided to go to the pub across the car park for our tea, we are so grateful there were no tables available straight away as we returned to the bar/cafe at the Travelodge and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere calm as it was not crammed full of people, all this with a sea view. We returned to the bar after an evening at the theatre, which was just a few minutes walk from Travelodge (you can see the theatre from the bar at Travelodge, literally just across the car park) for a night cap, again a very pleasant experience. After a great night's sleep we had breakfast at the Travelodge, lots of choice, a really clean area with any spills cleaned up straight away. I only saw one member of staff in the breakfast area but she was able to take care of everything and she was very helpful and friendly to everyone in there that morning, nothing seemed too much trouble for her, checking everyone was okay and had everything they needed. I would definitely recommend this Travelodge and we will definitely be using this one in future. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay.
