Summer House

Summer House comes fully equipped for a self-catering break. The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, so you can cook proper meals or do laundry without thinking about it. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, and heating is sorted. A highchair is available if you need one.

The whole property is on the ground floor: open-plan living space with Freeview TV, DVD and CD player, a dining area, and two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with bunks. There's a shower room with shower and toilet. The private garden is the real draw, with a sunken layout, barbecue and your own hot tub. Parking for two cars sits on site. The garden does have drops and there's an unfenced pond 75 yards away, so worth knowing if you're travelling with young children. Smoking is not permitted.

St Asaph is 2 miles away with shops, pubs and restaurants. You're positioned between Chester and Llandudno, with sandy beaches 6 miles off and Snowdonia within reach by car. Golf, fishing and horse riding are available locally.
