Couples and small groups will find The Lodge a comfortable base for exploring Denbighshire's coast and hills. This single-storey converted stable sits in Tan y Parc, a few miles inland from the beach but positioned for immediate access to walking routes, including Offa's Dyke footpath just across the way. The whole property is yours alone, with a kingsize bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, and a combined living and dining space that opens onto a garden with seating and a barbecue.

Inside, you'll have a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, a wood-burning stove, and Smart TV for quieter evenings. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all covered. One pet can stay at no extra cost. Off-road parking accommodates two cars, and a bike store is available if you're planning to explore by pedal.

Nearby Dyserth has local shops and cafés, while Prestatyn beach and its promenade lie within driving distance. The area offers older attractions too—Rhuddlan Castle, the Victorian resort of Llandudno with its Great Orme tramway, and the walled town of Conwy are all reachable for day trips. No smoking indoors.

Lovely place to visit for lunch. They have lots of gluten free options and the staff seemed knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning.

Second time visit today, and once again it was lovely. A simple menu done wonderfully and the best looking cakes (though we were too full to try one today). Certainly now one of my favourite go to’s when we have friends or family visiting.

Love place . Helpful staff. Only popped in for a coffee on our way passed. A great gluten free menu. Ended up having a cake and custard as well. The Lodge was clean, bright and had a nice outdoor area.it was popular with locals. Will definitely pop in again.
