Sharon has got to be the most amazing host. She has gone above and beyond, and accommodated my every request. Besides that, she has also ensured the cleanliness of the room, and the common spaces as well. It just felt like home. My room was quite spacious, with all the amenities- tv, heater, coffee/ tea kit, kettle, and other items. The hotel is also at a very convenient location to a lot of places- city centre, work places as Rolls Royce, Hello Fresh, Balfour Beatty, and others. A Tesco express, aldi and other local shops are also quite accessible.

Bizarre review given by frazzled. I had to counter this as we stayed in the same downstairs room out the back. Lovely hosts, large room with very comfy queen size bed, very large bathroom and good shower. Breakfast was great, lots on offer, selection of cereals, good fry up with proper bacon and toast with spreads. Parking was OK as three spaces and road option. Can't see what the issue was. Under £70 for two of us with breakfast. Location near the M1. Thanks Sharon. X

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly. The room was lovely. Wish I had stayed for breakfast but an early morning shift at work meant I had to go sadly. Maybe next time. The room was nice and cosy. Very clean and tidy.
