Apricus Lodge suits couples, small families or friends looking for a base in the Derbyshire Dales with room to spread out. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms—a double and a twin—plus a sofa bed in the open-plan living space. One pet stays free. Everything is on the ground floor, with five steps to the entrance; the grounds themselves have three steps. The double bedroom has an ensuite toilet; the twin shares a shower room with the main living areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, opening onto a dining area and lounge with smart TV and patio doors to decking. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. You get private parking for two cars and access to an indoor swimming pool shared with other properties on-site (15m by 8m, depths from half a metre to 3m), open 10:00 to 17:00 daily. The wider park has a small shop and playground. No smoking indoors.

The location puts you near the Tissington Trail for walking and cycling, with Dovedale—famous for its stepping stones and Thorpe Cloud—a short drive away. The High Peak Trail is also within reach.
