Dover Barn is a single-storey semi-detached cottage on the owners' farm a couple of miles from Parwich in the Peak District National Park. The cottage has a double and a twin, and a family bathroom. The kitchen has a dining area, and there is a sitting room with electric stove. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a front sitting-out area and an additional shared sitting area down by the donkey paddock. Dover Barn is very well placed for enjoying the walking and cycling of the area, including the Tissington Trail, and also for the area's historic houses, theme parks, villages and towns.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with electric woodburner-effect fire. Shared Laundry Room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front seating area and shared seating area next to donkey paddock. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Two internal steps from kitchen to sitting room.
