Hollywell Cottages is a rural two-bedroom property on the edge of Ashbourne, with enough distance to feel removed from town life yet close enough for a quick drive in. The cottage sleeps four across a double bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom, with a bathroom upstairs containing both a bath and separate shower cubicle. Ground-floor living centres on a dining room and kitchen opening into a sitting area warmed by a woodburner.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, and microwave. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. Outside, the property offers a private garden laid out across courtyards at front and rear, with a lawned area and views toward open countryside. You get dedicated parking for three cars and an electric vehicle charging point. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Ashbourne itself holds independent shops, restaurants and bars. The area sits near Dovedale, famous for its stepping stones, and within reach of the Peak District. Alton Towers is roughly a 20-minute drive away. Note that the property has open stairs that are steep and narrow.
