Kestrel Hut
Derbyshire Dales
Kestrel Hut is a timber-built shepherd's hut on a former farm estate in the Derbyshire Dales, where stone barns and outbuildings have been converted into holiday lets. The hut itself is a compact rural retreat with a wood-burning stove for warmth, an enclosed garden, and a private hot tub. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; there is also on-site car parking and an electric vehicle charging point. The property does not permit smoking.
Inside, there is one bedroom and one bathroom, sleeping two people. The hut overlooks the farm's old stable block and courtyard. Countryside walks start from the door, and the location puts you within reach of the rolling landscape around the Dales. One dog is welcome to stay. This is a two-person space, genuinely private, with the hot tub and log burner the main features for settling in during colder months.
