Paddock Cottage

Paddock Cottage opens into a ground floor with character: a living and dining area, kitchen fitted for proper cooking, and a conservatory that looks out across the gardens. Upstairs are three bedrooms—two with king beds, one single—and a shower room. The whole place is yours alone, with electricity, heating, bed linen and towels included, plus wifi throughout. A lawned garden at the back has furniture and a barbecue; parking is on the road outside.

Monyash itself is built for walkers. The village has a pub within a mile, and the countryside around it opens into routes across the Derbyshire Dales—Lathkill Dale and others thread through the stone valleys nearby. For everyday needs there's a café and an ice cream shop in the village. One dog can stay free of charge. The cottage does not permit smoking indoors.
