About Lufflands Caravan Park
Tucked near the Devon-Cornwall border just outside Holsworthy, Lufflands Caravan Park is a compact, peaceful retreat that takes dog-friendliness seriously. There's a dedicated doggy exercise area on site, plus farmland and forests on the doorstep for proper countryside romps, while the beaches of Bude and Widemouth Bay are a 20-minute drive for sandy-pawed adventures. The cosy bar opens three nights a week in high season (weekends and one midweek evening in September), serving drinks and meals to eat in or take away – though at quieter times you'll need to rely on Holsworthy's supermarkets or the excellent farm shop a few minutes down the road.
Fishing, golf, walks and surfing are all within easy reach, as are family day-trips to Tintagel Castle, The Milky Way Adventure Park and Westward Ho! It's a properly relaxed, small-scale base – the sort of place where your four-legged friend gets as much holiday as you do.

Lovely camp site they take yearly pitches and are very friendly. The food in the club house is great . Only downside is the location, it's a bit of a drive to anything. But if you're after a remote gentle break this place is for you. Oh and there is a donkey sanctuary next door.

Very nice. We visited in June so it was a bit quiet (which we like). Caravan well equipped. If I have a quibble it was that the cooker and saucepans take ages to cook anything and the utensils provided are a bit floppy. However that's all. There was a problem with the gas fire which was fixed within a few hours of me reporting it which is very good. We had a takeaway meal from the bar which again was very good. Lovely fresh chips.

Love love love this place. Second time we have stayed here. Lovely caravan with central heating and double glazing. Park is super quiet in beautiful surroundings. And we can take our German Shepherd. Food is amazing. Fab shop on site with all the usual essentials plus homemade jams and other items. Maria and her husband are wonderful hosts. You are always made to feel very welcome!

A lovely well established caravan site only 8 miles from the Bude sea side, which has two lovely beaches. About three miles from Holsworthy Town which has several very nice pub restaurants as well as two fish and chip shops. Chinese takeaway and an Indian restaurant.
