We had the most amazing starters here: the pork scratching were really good but the pork belly bites were beyond our expectations. Our table had the steak and ale pie, burger and the ribeye steak which were all nice. We will come back just for those pork belly bites! Lovely setting, friendly service, bar area and outside area accept well behaved dogs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the pig pen 1, our own private space with the motorhome, lovely clean hottub,BBQ and a fire pit,we had a lovely day/evening,will come back again as a treat. Wasn't keen on the food in the pub, it was ok but we was expecting it to be much better. We was there for a Sunday lunch and it was closer to the end of service so food was a bit dry.

My partner and I walked from Westward Ho! For Sunday lunch, we where lucky enough to have good weather so we sat outside in the sun. I had the roast beer and my partner had the chicken, I have to say that my roast beef was amazing, I really enjoyed it! The meat was cooked to perfection and it was all very delicious. My partner also really enjoyed her chicken that she had so two happy customers.

Such a lovely restaurant tucked away in Westward Ho! It really was a lucky find! We booked a table in advance but I think some people were walking in. It wasnt fully booked but had a steady flow of customers. The menu had a good selection and is fairly priced. We didnt leave a thing on our plates - it was all cooked so well and tasty! We had the ribeye steak and shepherds pie. Service was impeccable from the minute we arrived. Two friendly staff catered to our needs. The atmosphere was cosy and clean. Id love to return next time we're on our travels! Highly recommend- i really enjoyed the playlist too! 👌
