I stayed in the jack's bunkhouse. Quirky and cosy little place. Very peaceful. Was woken up in the morning by rustling of leaves, chirping of birds etc. The place has a hot plate, 2 chairs some basic picnic plates, small radiator everything you need to have a relaxing weekend away. There is a CoOp 2 minute walk away for all your essentials. Highly recommended. We will definately come again.

I stayed at Vennlake CL and Glamping Lodges with my friends and it was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The glamping lodge was cosy, clean and very well equipped with a comfortable bed, kitchenette, seating area and a private bathroom, making it feel like a home away from home. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by Devon countryside, which was perfect for unwinding and spending quality time together. We loved sitting outside in the evening enjoying the views and fresh air. The location is also very convenient, with Dartmoor National Park only a short drive away and nearby towns like Crediton and Okehampton easy to reach for walks, food and sightseeing. The site is well maintained, quiet and felt very safe, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was the perfect place for a calm getaway with friends and I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable glamping stay.

Fab 3 night stay on the CL. Level pitches with water. Enjoyed watching the birds. Quiet site with shop 5 min walk from site.
