We’re coming to the end of another fantastic stay at Waterside Holiday Park Devon, and this was my 5th visit. In fact, we’ve enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked to return in August! The park is always welcoming, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. A special mention goes to Lizzie on the front-of-house team, who is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I’d also like to thank Tia for preparing our caravan. It was absolutely spotless on arrival and maintained to a very high standard, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Waterside Holiday Park for another wonderful holiday. I can’t wait to come back in August!

The caravans are all very close together so you can literally hear each other's tvs. The site is very noisy in the evenings with kids and dogs barking. I couldn't see a single caravan with parking next to it which is stressful when it comes to unloading the car on your own. The office closes at 5 most days so if you need anything after then you're not going to get any help on site. Beds aren't overly comfortable. My daughter opted to sleep on the sofa bed. Site is clean but nothing much on it. We have used it as a base to sleep and shower.

Had a really good time. Visted at a more quiet period which was nice.Me and the family had a lovely stay the caravan was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and the park was clean and tidy.Loved seeing the steam train going pass.Amazing beach view. Will be coming back again in the near future with the family.

Really fantastic weekend away at Waterside Holiday Park! Large clean caravan, wonderful entertainment area with a lovely swimming pool. Great views out to sea & of the steam train going past every hour 🚂🚃🚃🚃 Access to 2 tiny coves for swimming/chilling by the beach. All the staff were really friendly on reception & around the site, Sue, Sarah & Lizzie. Will definitely be back . Great value!
