What visitors say
The perfect place! This was just the best Little break away. After getting stuck with a motorway closure and running late. The owners could not be more understandable and greeted us upon arrival. We were sent a lot of helpful videos whilst on our way, so we could refer back to them if needed during our stay. The location is so tranquil and the scenery is beautiful. When we entered the lodge we found some lovely treats waiting for us, which made the stay even better. There is also, so many things to choose from nearby to do we visited one of the castles which was a great experience. And we cant find the words to describe how great the hot tub was! After a relax in the hot tub, it was a delight to find the bed one do the comfiest we have ever stayed in. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to personal circumstance, and they were so understanding even offering us a discount for a return stay, which we will be taking! As we can’t wait to go back. Thankyou so much

Was ok. Didn't enjoy the stay. Hot tub is the only good thing. Not a fan of entry to the stay or trying to stop dogs from entering. Cute cabin. But that's it. Was a lovely gift from partner.

We absolutely loved this place! My boyfriend and I visited for the bank holiday weekend and were so impressed... It was so quiet and peaceful, our hosts were lovely and the bed was SO comfortable. We loved having the log burner inside, and the bbq pit outside and the little private kitchen & bathoom hut was fab. They seem to have thought of everything and everything was spotlessly clean. We also loved the entertainment provided by the adorable dogs, cats, chicken and horses! Would definitely return for another stay. Faultless!

What a fantastic place. The owners could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The place was kitted out with everything and more that you need for a lovely relaxing get away . Contrary to other reviews the bed and door size are fine. I’m 6ft 5 and had no issues. The dogs are adorable and are lovely welcome visitors in the morning. Would not hesitate to recommend and we will be returning!!
